Judge Allows 3 Names on Birth Certificate

Postby g8torhed » Sat Feb 09, 2013 6:33 pm

Few people can say that they legally have three parents, but 23-month-old Emma Filippazzo will be able to after a Miami-Dade county judge signed off an an agreement that a lesbian couple and a gay man are all the parents of the child, stating it on her birth certificate.

Why is it that no one ever thinks of the child during these ridiculous stories?

Interesting! I saw "visitation" and the "father's" name on a birth certificate. So, I suspect the "mother's" can now claim child support, medical expenses and any other customary claim related to paternity. Bet that is a straw up Massimilano's tail he did not consider!

I was about to say, wonder how long it will be before the "dad" is sued for child support or who would actually get custody of the child should the "mothers" ever separate. These are strange times we're living in.

Yes, there is a clear and eminent danger of us making incest and bestiality legal. It is #3 on Obama's legislative docket.

how is polygamy a legitimate question? the two female partners may or may not be married. The sperm father did not marry the sperm recipient mother.

Someone could make a twisted case of adultery if the women were legally married but no polygamy has occurred.

My point is why are these 2 illegal in most states? As long as there's two or more willing participants then who cares? And who really cares if someone wants to screw their pet or farm animal? Yet both are illegal in most states in the US.
