Tashawn Bower just reportedly committed to LSU, but myself and other media outlets were told he faxed his LOI to UF at 7:27 a.m. This is a mess.

I could SWEAR Rivals showed him as signing a LOI to Florida earlier.

Nah, all of these sites want to be "the first to report!" on sigings, so the minute they hear a fax is in they report it without necessarily verifying it. Then others report on that report and the snow ball forms.

You know, there are people out there who might say something like this and if we were in on another player at that position, the other player might decide to go elsewhere.

If so, we end up with zero when neither player comes to Florida.

(These are things you don't hear about from coaches.)
