Zach Abolverdi @ZachAbolverdi
RB Alex Collins commits to #Arkansas over #Miami. Big get for the #Hogs. Will be fun to watch him play in the SEC.

I watched this. This kid was really impressive; spoke very well, big smile, funny, confident without being the slightest bit cocky, charismatic. Afterward, I was like dang, I wanted this kid in this class more than I knew. Best of luck to him.

Agreed, Collins should do well at Arky.
Had UF not gained solid commitments from Lane/Taylor, I believe we would have landed him.
I don't think it was so much a competition issue for Collins, but an opportunity to be a marquee name at an SEC school like Arkansas without splitting carries is what ultimately led to his decision.
Good luck to him.

Because the ACC just doesn't prepare you.

Yep. He should do well under Biliema's system, which is smash mouth football and the current style of the top SEC programs. Good luck to him.

This one isn't over yet. He was a no show for his signing ceremony and is now wavering on his Arky commit. No word yet on who is causing the wavering.

Now he won't sign today. Sounds like his mother wasn't happy with "his" decision.

Even if he doesn't go to Arky, why are we talking about it? There is almost no reason for him to come to UF at this point.

I don't think Florida is in it? I would think his mother prefers Miami but I have no clue.
Hopefully she backs off and let's the kid make his own choice.

Because I raised the question in one post, and then responded to a statement in the other, just like I'm responding to your retarded post now
