Duke's played Maryland twice and lost twice. Have they been upset
twice ? Bet no team beats us twice.(no, not even Arizona, not KSU).

I think if you lose like that and you're in the top 3 you should drop out
of that elite echelon. Stick in a team with a longer win streak.

All about the body of work. They've had quite a few impressive wins this year.

We are in charge of our seeding..period. We lost a 9 pt lead to AZ, and several others we should have won. Fact is, we haven't shown we can win a close game yet and that bothers me. I don't think Duke is a 1# seed but as long as K is there, they will get the calls and the votes.

That is who I was thinking. But if they lose today, will they still be a #1 seed?

I love that there is no clear #1. It will make the tourney much more enjoyable.

Indiana is going to be extremely difficult to beat (now watch them lose today).

Agree, I was going to reply with this but actually read all the replies first for a change :? If scUM wins their tourney the committee will be pressured to drop Duke to a 2, make UM a 1 (would probably take a Louisville loss though) and put us in the same bracket as the 2 (assuming we win the SECT). That's a perfect scenario in my mind because we would get to stomp the them in the sweet 16 (I honestly think you guys give scUM way too much credit, they really don't match up with us well at all) and head to the round of 8 with all kinds of Mo. Problem is someone like Kansas, K State, or Louisville could be waiting for us there. I'd much rather meet someone from the big 10 in the 8, but I just might be getting a little ahead of my self here

I would take Duke over Miami in our bracket if it was my choice for a matchup.

We win convincingly tomorrow, we're a #1.

Book it.
