I doubt Billy rests anyone until the game is decided... just the second game with the team whole... too much chemistry to work out for the tournaments.

After reading all of the post-game comments by Calipari and some of his key players, I had this eery flashback to the Fla-Ga football game this past November. Florida had come into the game playing somewhat solidly with average players, Georgia had a team with a lot of underachieving, but highly rated and talented players that were coming off of an embarrassing loss and had one of the team leaders call out the team as "soft".

UGA played their best game of the year to that point, which was just enough to beat the Gators, who floundered in the game and gave it away with turnovers.

It sets up in a similar fashion, where UK is hitting "do or die" time, and the stakes for UF aren't quite as high.

The good news is that Billy is one of the best at keeping 'em focused, and we have enough leaders on the team who have never beaten UK at Rupp to make them really want this.

I'm still picking the Gators to win by 14, 67-53

You know UK is gonna come out strong with Coach Cal calling them out. Its an absolute must win game for them and so far they have a ton of energy on their home floor just as I had predicted. We are missing some wide open shots and we need to play better defense. Go Gators!!
