Jelani out benches Bostic

Jelani put up 27 reps of 225 while bostic put up 22 at the combine. Anybody else find that surprising?

I certainly do. At a glance, Bostic looks to be much stronger than Jenkins is. Just proves the old adage that looks can be deceiving.

Both are nice reps but Jelani's total was a little surprising. With his lingering injuries(wrist) and missing time(foot) I didn't expect him to show out. Both made some money today.

I'm not sure he did his max at combine, but did quite a few in college I think

Unfortunately, Tebow skipped the bench press at the combine like almost all the QBs. It's too bad - a lot of people think he could have pushed 40. His lifting skills are the stuff of legend. He's the strongest QB who has ever played.

He didn't bench at the combine.

I sorta remember something like that too.

Also, it was widely known he was the strongest, in the weight room, on UF's team.

[edit] OK, I found it, and he didn't do the bench at the combine.

But for all QB's, he did the:
- 40 yard dash in 4.72 (4th)
- Vertical Jump at 38.5 (1st)
- Broad Jump at 9'7" (2nd)
- 3 Cone Drill at 6.66 (1st)
