Top of 4th Gators give up a homer after a lead-off walk. Duke 2-1.

Gators said to be slack on power hitters. So very little long ball
comebacks. Need to move steadily at peppering runs in.

We got out of the inning with no more damage despite giving up a two-out triple. Now the bats need to wake up.

Top 9 4-3 Duke. Big difference this year is we dont have any one that we can rely on to leave the yard. Young season, we'll be fine.

Not gonna play the long ball this year. Teams young but athletic and fast. We'll play defense and be aggressive on the bases. Think you'll see Sully be more aggressive as well. Finding runs will tough at times but pitching has a chance to surprise. If a couple of kids step up we could make some noise. But I think it's gonna be a long adjustment year. Should be entertaining for baseball fans that believe in manufacturing runs though.
