Karsten Whitson

Looks like he is having trouble getting back to full-strength. Lets hope Andrews can get his arm healed up as he will be crucial for a deep run in the CWS.

This sucks. Was hoping for a great start from him as we will need all the pitching we can get. I hope somebody is ready to step it up.

That's a real shame. Didn't he get drafted in the 1st round out of HS? Hope he comes back strong.

I have heard that Bobby Poyner was kicked off the team also. Is this true?

Whitson doesn't want to pitch, he wants to stay healthy for the draft. Dad, if not Kid, are major head cases...Sully has the gray hairs to prove it.

anyone very close to the squad will confrim for you.

sorry, tried to delete but apparently, any reply preserves this post for prosperity.

So, i'll just add to it with other breaking news, including Ron Zook is still unemployed as a coach, the Gators uni's vs. Louisville were hideous, Hank Rone just ate a cheeseburger, and Pepe Lescano is starting for Kerwin Bell in this week's game.

Sorry, Man. Had to do it. No worries.

Ron Zook would even make a sucky special teams coach. Haha.

Not saying you don't have the inside scoop, but if he doesn't pitch and is always complaining about arm fatigue, his draft stock will be severely diminished compared his 1st round selection 2 years ago. Just doesn't make any sense that he doesn't want to pitch to show that he's still got what he had coming out of HS. :dunno:
