Not that I really want the job, but perhaps I might replace OX if he really wants to quit. Plenty of folks would be less happy than now since I see plenty of posts that I would give a vacation for that he is tolerant of. Being banned is somewhat like getting a traffic ticket, not so bad if you are guilty, but still unpleasant.
I am a "Vulcan" and try hard to keep things logical and without emotion. However as a "Vulcan" I have a highly emotional reaction mode for special occasions.
