10:08 a.m. UPDATE

Tashawn Bower just reportedly committed to LSU, but myself and other media outlets were told he faxed his LOI to UF at 7:27 a.m. This is a mess.

Kind of makes the 9:30 announcement anticlimactic when he faxes his LOI in at 7:30 doesn't it?

It's possible he DID fax to UF got pissed at the early announcement and thought he could just change and fax to LSU without knowing the rules? I've seen that happen before and the kid gets stuck wherever he faxed to first.
