That's 6 coaches and Cooley was their guy in south Fla. Gonna be tough getting an OC this late that will make a difference in recruiting this year. Good luck in finding one that doesn't like calling plays either.

Cooley is still a bit of an unknown as a play caller but if he has success at Miami it could signal the end of Fisher. Not that the signal hasn't already been raised many times for numerous other things but it would make "Jimbo's Way" a little more suspect.

This once proud football program is losing coaches for better jobs? Coaches do move on for better opportunities, but FSU has had more than it's share of coach attrition in just a year.

It could either be that working for Jimbo is the pitts, or that the ACC is not that motivating and want more challenge in the SEC or more fun at South Beach.

Do they have any recruits we might want? Getting Fowler last year was not near enough payback!

Fisher’s lone remaining assistants are holdovers from former coach Bobby Bowden’s staff. They are former Seminole players Lawrence Dawsey and Odell Haggins and offensive line coach Rick Trickett.

Defensive coordinator Mark Stoops left to become head coach at Kentucky and took D.J. Eliot with him. Running backs coach Eddie Gran went to Cincinnati as offensive coordinator, linebackers coach Greg Hudson left to become defensive coordinator at Purdue and quarterbacks coach Dameyune Craig returned to Auburn in a similar role.

UF throttling the Semi may not have started but it definitely had an effect and got their attention. Some of the coaches probably feel they are "not back" as much as the were hyped to be.

Funny how Dumbo Fisher used Coley to bring in recruits by giving him an OC position but not as a play caller. We knew it was bound to happen with Coley as an OC without any play calling privileges.

In 2009, just minutes before FSU took the field to play USF, was it Dumbo Fisher that caused the locker room to divide among the coaches? It seemed like he was sticking his nose in places where it didn't belong.
