The woman whose picture was used to create Manti Te'o's fake girlfriend has been identified, but the voice of the woman who had hours of late-night phone calls with the Notre Dame star linebacker has remained silent. Turns out that's because it reportedly was a man.

The lawyer for the man who has been identified as behind the hoax, Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, told the New York Daily News that his client disguised his voice and assumed the identity of Lennay Kekua to try to develop a relationship with Te'o.

ABC News' Katie Couric talks about her interview with Manti Te'o, how she felt after speaking with Te'o and more. Couric says that Te'o seems like a sweet and naive person.

Milton Grimes said that Te'o "thought it was a female he was talking with. It was Ronaiah as Lennay.

Here's the questions I haven't heard from the national media.

1. If manti teo was really duped, how did he not find a way to meet the fake girlfriend face-to-face for TWO YEARS? At some point, wouldn't he finally get sick of the skype (sp?) "technical issues" that prevented him from seeing a girl at the other end of the web?

2. If you're the dork who duped teo, how do you find the time, energy and interest for TWO YEARS of texting, phone calls, facebook, etc. Wouldn't the joke get old after a month?
