Willie Bailey transferring to ...
Louisville.
He is the fourth former Florida player to transfer there during the Charlie Strong era, joining Adrian Bushell, Robert Clark and Gerald Christian.
Pop Saunders might make No. 5. He told me last month that Louisville is the top school he's considering.

Has anyone on the board even heard of Willie Bailey?
At any rate, Florida really didn't want the kid anyway.

Came in this thread expecting us to be picking up a big JUCO recruit I've never heard of. Learn we are losing a current player I've never heard of. Oh well.
Boobs were here.

He'll probably only end up winning All American honors as well as the Thorpe award.

Hey, you want something done right, don't ask me.

For those interested....he is a freshman db that Muschamp recruited last year, but as a CB, he is not likely to see the field anytime soon.

Bryan Holt of Rivals reports that attrition has begun for Florida: Freshman defensive back Willie Bailey has transferred ($), according to his high school coach.
Bailey did not play for Florida this fall, and was in line to be redshirted. But with a pair of top recruits coming in (Vernon Hargreaves III and Nick Washington both play cornerback, Bailey's position), the existing rotation of Loucheiz Purifoy, Marcus Roberson, and Jaylen Watkins holding down the cornerback position this fall, and Brian Poole ahead of Bailey on the depth chart, it's unlikely that Bailey was going to see much time in the near future.
It is unclear where Bailey will transfer. He should have four years to play four seasons of football.
Bailey is the second Florida player to transfer from the school, which has not confirmed his exit, this fall. Will Muschamp announced defensive-turned-offensive lineman Jafar Mann's transfer in November.
The most important impact of Bailey's transfer? It will likely help free up room the Gators need for a swelling recruiting class. Read more about why Florida needs attrition in this week's Alligator Army Mailbag.
Best of luck to Bailey as he continues his life and college football career.

According to Rivals, he's a zero star player. He must have had pictures of Muschamp doing things with various farm animals to get recruited to UF.
