What was his injury in the bowl game? I have not been able to find an answer anywhere.

I "think" Muschamp said in the post game interview it was a thigh bruise.

Thanks. I figured it wasn't serious since I hadn't heard anything.

Thank goodness for all concerned. That torpedo helmet hit above
the knee. By looks and some poster saying LP's knee shattered like
glass, I feared his career was over. Good.

That hit was very reminiscent of Andre Caldwell. Had me very worried for a while.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like he's a little overrated as far as being a pure cover corner is concerned.

I have the feeling he will play safety or on offense next year.

On any of our players-- say -- grading out 75 out of a 100, there's
a decent likelihood, a confident boldness cuts in and they next
"arrive" at 95 of 100. It happens all the time - that 20 point
improvement ... I once went from a 12 to a 32, according to what my mistress said through her closed door. :?

I don't want to sound creepy but I've never wanted to meet an internet persona (or not) more in my life. The way you write is hilarious but the consistency of it is what gets me. Kudos, man.

Reminded me of Quezzie in the 95 NC against the Huskers, on a KO return just like this. I recall Ike and Reidel talking years later about neither one of them wanted to catch the kickoff after seeing that. And lord knows we received plenty of kick-offs that game!

I was in the end zone right behind the hit. Vicious. Maybe the worst I've seen. You knew he was hurt from the sound of it.

Purifoy is one of the worse UF has at "hot dogging" during the game. He needs to grow up. Hope it happens

Difficult day to be a gator. I did a charter same day out and back. Long flight home.

Difficult indeed. I went back through Vegas, which could have been trouble had we won. Instead, I went sleepless with nightmares of trying to tackle Tommy Frazier.

At least our Defensive Coordinator, Bob Pruitt, held Nebraska to 70 points that day.
