SEC Bowl Results
Random thoughts...
Conference is 3-2 so far including a STUPID loss by the Hatter.
Many other conferences AND announcers hating on SEC and wanting a year of Bowl FAIL.
I'll go out on a limb and say SEC finishes the Bowl season 7-2.
If N ILL can knock off effessewe tonight, it will cap off a pretty good New Years Day of Football. Good win by Georgia (hate 'em or not), and a GREAT win by Spurrier and his chickens. (CLOWNEY is a full grown rooster!)

Note that the SEC East is 3-0, while the SEC West is 0-2.
Not sure if that means anything, but it is quite the difference from recent years...

Horrible loss for Miles. Happy for Dabo Swinney, though.

The worst part about the 0-2 West is that they weren't beaten, they just lost the games. Miss State throws a pick 6 to start the game and then two more INTs in the red zone to go along with the Hatter's boneheaded play calling to run the clock out and we have n 0-2 west. It's too bad, the SEC looked great coming back in the other two games today.

Although the SEC is up, so far, the games have been VERY tight and interesting...too close actually. I think these other teams are determined to beat their SEC opponents and stop its dominance.
The LSU loss is rediculous though.

I agree about lsu in their last series last night. I couldn't believe they kept throwing the ball needing 2 yards with 3 tries to wrap up the game. Sheesh!

I would laugh if that happened at Bama because the meltdown would be funny, but not if it happened at Clemson because I like Swinney.

The only loss for Northern Ill was by a school with a 4 - 8 record,
Iowa. F$U will beat them easily I believe. Then they will think
they are a top five team AGAIN.
We have to remember NC State beat F$U and Vandy beat the pulp
out of them.

Dabo is a d0uchebag. He says he has a "National Championship Team", but can't beat Spurrier and can't win his weak-assed division of the A-She-She.
UGAy will stroll into that faux Death Valley in Clemson in the opener next fall and beat their ass.

Coach Swinney can be a little outlandish sometimes, but he's a good guy and has Clemson headed in the right direction.

I had to change stations last night during his rant after their win. He's too over the top for me!

Most coaches have their personality issues, especially when there's a camera on them during their roller coaster highs and lows. But I'm happy for the way Swinney's career is going. I expect him to be at Clemson a long time.
