Our coaches need to stay until they win a national championship, then the coordinators can leave to become head coaches and the position coaches can leave to become coordinators.

Well we need to hold on to them as long as their experience with us is better for them than alternatives. Like coach says I will support a coach bettering themselves. The problem is deciding what is better for you and your family. It might be better to be an coordinator than head coach.
I am a "Vulcan" and try hard to keep things logical and without emotion. However as a "Vulcan" I have a highly emotional reaction mode for special occasions.

Muschamp has assembled a great group of coaches. Honestly, I knew very little about any of them before they came to Gainesville...other than Pease. They gameplan well, adjust even better and the kids seem to be willing to walk through walls for them. One I would really hate to lose is Dillman. He's like having a high-paid motivational speaker on the sidelines.

The coaching carousel is just part of a top program. Who to hire is one of the most important decisions a HBC will make. So far Coach Boom has done a good job except for Charlie Tuna.
