He could be talking about Aaron Murray.

The only quarterback who folds worse under pressure than Matt Stafford is the one on Major Wright's team -- Jay Cutler.

Gotta disagree with you there: Peyton Manning.

Manning's at least been to the Super Bowl and won a ring. Jay Cutler can't get past crapping his pants in the playoffs. There's never been a prettier September quarterback nor a worse January quarterback than Cutler.

This could be said about almost any QB. The difference is that the great ones process information quickly (perhaps an issue for Tebow especially) and find the open receiver. Others change the play at the line and hit the outlet receiver. Now he probably should not have said anything since it only riles up your opponent.

Peyton does do a mean fetal position just prior to the sack.

Is that where he got the nickname "Happy Fetal"?

The NFL cyclopedia has this definition in the fold :
Matt Stafford = a QB decked out in cleats & pleats.
Matt Stafford = a QB decked out in cleats & pleats.
