***Official GATORS v. Arizona game thread***

The Gators will face their toughest test of the season, which is to see if they can win while Zambo watches them play. Not been so easy for them in the past.

Trapping defense = turnovers = easy buckets.

Zona has no answer so far.

Intensity on both ends off the charts. It's mid-December. You'd think this was the fourth week of March by the looks of things here.

Great crowd. Probably extra jacked up because of their miraculous comeback in the "Whatever Bowl" this afternoon.

I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a defense as active as Florida's. It's like having five dobermans on the floor.

7 minutes to 1st half's end. Gap closed to just 5 points = non-gap.
To me gators playing "nervous" not under controlled confidence ?
Passing on perimeter often "lazy" ; should always pass like defender
will swat it, plus it gives your receiver a quicker start.

Now Gators making run 10 pt. lead largest yet.

We're not only limiting them to 33% shooting from the field, they've also had seven fewer shots, all because of us clogging the passing lanes. Those kind of numbers are going to work for you all night long.

Gotta appreciate the way all of them have bought into the defense this year. They are tough in man and zone.

IMHO, best to have a 10-12 point lead into break. That will be our
cushion in case their half-talk plus home stand juices them for a
run-crush effort against us visitors.

Thank you Mr. Murphy .. had to shoot, shot clock down .. Murf hits 3.
11 point lead.
