4 years for the west

The West division has taken the SEC 4yrs straight. This is the 2nd longest streak for a division since the East took 6 in a row from 93-98 (UF-4, Tenn-2). Overall the East leads 11-10, UF leads all teams with 10 appearances and 7 wins, Bama has 8 with 4 wins. The West has looked dominant since 09, and with Johnny Football added it will continue to be a tough division. I don't see Georgia repeating as east champs for the 3rd straight year, thanks to graduation and the draft. Will USCe be able to get it done? Probably not. I see UF being the preseason favorite to win the east, winning it, and most likely playing Bama in the SECCG. UF will beat them at their own game with a dominant D and bruising run game. West dominance will end along with Bama, the tide will be turned.

Not sure what to expect from the East. Seems like SC is not losing as much as the others, from what I can see. Unfortunately I think we are going to lose a lot of big names, including Reed. If Reed would stay that would be a huge help. Bama will be Bama, and LSU is going to be touch. Wherever Charlie Strong goes they will be decent. We also will have a new kicker, and new receivers/tightends (basically). Thankfully, our line might be better.

I doubt Johnny Football adequately replenishes his supporting cast;
still, Texas produces fine football players.
Gators can take the east with our same stiff defense & hopefully
a much improved offense. I bet next year will be fun for all of us.

Muschamp will be improved with his extended experiences as the
head man. Pease will be more accomplished his 2nd year. And
extra support-smarts will come from coach Phillips.

You mean UGA has to play somebody next year besides us and Carolina? That's game changer right there. No more needing to play .500 ball against the only real teams on the schedule to get to Atlanta huh butt sniffers?

Bama has an easy East schedule next year, getting UK and UT. LSU on the other hand, have to play UGA and UF.

They have to play The Hat next year, but it is at home. Still, last time they played him in Sanford Sta (2009 season?) they lost.
