Doubt Miles would take it, but what it does do is create a salary cold war for LSU. Miles doesn't have to say a word about the topic and LSU will be forced to outspend Arky out of fear of losing him.

BTW, what the heck is in Arkansas anyway? Why would anyone want to be there?

It makes (beyond) zero sense. He would have to start a new program, he still has to face BAMA every year, and he would have to face a spurned LSU every year. The only "football" benefit would be trading Florida for Mizzou as the rival game.

Very true it makes no sense at all. Hard to believe that Arky would even think he would jump to go there. But they know like most of us he is a $$$ hound. Bad thing about that is he uses that against them and LSU as well. One day LSU will get tired of it. I could see it if he were on the cusp of another NC. And don't think for a minute that he somehow is not involved in putting his name out there. Very convenient on his timing. Let hope he's better at this than his clock management.

That' big time money. A gauranteed 25 mil would set him up for a sweet retirement. Many people would be very tempted with such an offer. SOS was given that kind of money by the Redskins.
