Muschamp Presser & Charlie Weis, credit for ND

Postby FunnGun » Mon Nov 26, 2012 12:51 pm

When asked about Notre Dame's success, Charlie Weis, said the most important thing for him is to lay low and not try to take credit.

"The most important thing for me is to stay low-profile and don't try to take accolades for Notre Dame's success." -Charlie Weis

Weis: "There are lot of young men having a lot of success I'm very, very happy for."

Fat bastard. I feel sorry for those rolling coolers in Lawrence.

Dana Holgorsen is now trolling Weis.

Holgorsen: "We're going to be at a schematic disadvantage against KU's staff, rich with NFL experience."

Muschamp, when asked about Saban's comments that we shouldn't play in the Sugar Bowl: "I think we could go to Atlanta in their place, be careful what you ask for, Nick."

He did get away from them. lol, I was never happier than when he was hired away from us and our offense could breathe again.

He could have fought out his contract till the bitter end at Notre Dame though and messed them up even more. Maybe that's what he means.

Muschamp says Jeff Driskel is definitely the starter heading into the 2013 season. Not going to be a competition.

Ian Silberman, J Jenkins and Pop Saunders will not play in the bowl game due to injuries, Muschamp said.

s there a scenario in which Jeff Driskel is not the #Gators starting QB next season? Muschamp: "No."

Muschamp on guys weighing leaving for NFL: "If they're gonna be 1st-round picks, I tell 'em to go. That's my policy. Otherwise, come back and get better."

Muschamp: I think we're playing as well as anyone in the country right now defensively.

After beating FSU, 'those Gator Club meetings will be a lot more fun this year," Muschamp said.

Muschamp on the win over FSU: "Beating your rivals is very important. Beating your in-state rival is critical."

Muschamp said there is a chance Purifoy could play both offense and defense in the future. He's still going to be a corner, though.

Muschamp said he will begin the search for a wide receivers coach immediately. GA Bush Hamdan did a "fantastic job," Muschamp said.

Muschamp said he will talk to receivers coaches outside of the program about potentially joining the UF staff.
