I can't believe that he lacks the insight to know that he comes off looking like a petulant child.

Wow he's getting killed in the Facebook comments.
That's pretty petty there Dooley. You don't agree with the coach's policy about a player's media access so you're going to punish the player by not voting for him despite believing he deserves to be #1? How does the lack of access to the player impact his on field performance?
Comments about Manziel are pretty self serving. You wouldn't vote for him because of his coach's policy? Is he or is he not the best player? Maybe this decision should be taken away from the media who vote mostly for themselves, it seems.
Dooley, thanks for clarifying that your job is more important than the integrity of the Heisman Trophy. Bianchi in Orlando also complains about this, too. As a fan, I don't care if your job is more difficult due to a coach looking out for his young players. You have a dream job and now are complaining about access to true freshman football players. I cant wait to show this article to my 13 year old son because it will be a good lesson on gratitude.
So Dooley and the Media don't vote for the Best Player in College Football--which is what the Heisman is supposed to be. They vote for the Best Player in College Football that will grant them an interview. That is why the media shouldn't vote for ANYTHING!
The media types always complain when it isn't handed to them. Maybe Dooley could do some real work instead of whining about who he can't talk to. I am sure Muschamp is really concerned Dooley doesn't agree with his policy.

Johnny football -- you wind him up -- he runs, he throws, he kicks ass but he can't talk.

Not exactly sure if your Heisman vote can be pulled but he's lucky to keep it after that

I bet Dooley would trade his Heisman vote for noon kickoff and extra dipping sauce at Beef-o-Brady's.
