Yeah, I've been following that game. How he holds down a starting job in the NFL is beyond me. He has to be sucking Ryan's toes or something. Tebow, the 3rd string QB, the waterboy, anybody is better than Sanchez.

Re: Sanchez is pretty bad.
A reporter asked Rex Ryan after the game how Sanchez' pitiful performance could possibly be the Jets' best chance to win. How can that be? Ryan responded quite tersely that it is b/c what he believes and b/c he knows better than they do.
Ryan now is digging his heels in b/c he is making it about himself and his own judgment. He won't admit he is wrong. Tebow needs to get the heck out of there.

Ryan isn't going to last much longer and Tebow will be getting his 4th head coach in 3 years. We can only hope the Jets owner (who seems to be supportive of Tebow) will hire a coach that will build around Tim.

Ryan should be fired tomorrow by the Jets. They have gone in the tank on their coach. He won't play Tebow as the starter. Why not? Ryan is so fixed on Sanchez that he doesn't even realize Tebow can save his job. Time for Woody Johnson to clean house and maybe before the season ends. Time for Tim to stand up in his ability to be a starting QB and not a jack of all trades. There are many poor starting QB's in the NFL and Tebow can do better than all of those bad starters including Sanchez.

Re: Sanchez is pretty bad.
It's time for the Jets owners to sit Sanchez and his 10 gazillion of guaranteed money and start Tebow. Only then will the pathetic Jets offense get better.
And when the team begins to win more games, the Jets fans will then treat the owners as if they were cult freaking heroes.
Go ahead, Jets. Dare ya.

My niece is a big Tebow fan. She joined "GangGreen" a Jets board.
Last week she got permabanned for saying too many nice things
about Tebow on a sideboard they had already sent all Tebow
supporters to. She never advocated anything about Sanchez, just
expressed that the Jets should use Tebow better. Pravda ?

As long as lien Ryan is there, Tebow is screwed. Tebow needs to get out of New York ASAP.

Did you get a chance to see Colin Kapernkick tonight after Alex Smith was injured? Another showing of what Tim would do and SF lover it.

The only way that happens is if Tebow begs the owners to release him and Tim does not seem like a beggar to me. Tebow is stuck with the Jets and Tim has to be pissed off they won't start him and see if he can spark this tanked team like he did with the Broncos in his first and second years in the NFL.

I just saw him at the end of overtime. I know he runs around alot. Atleast the Niners let him have an impact on the game in ways the Jets won't let Tebow impact the game. Crazy.

He came in in the 2nd quarter and was really rusty. But he was slinging it around in the 2nd half and had just a few runs. The guy has a great arm and can run fast. His biggest challenge was learning to play under center, which he never had to do in college.

Re: Sanchez is pretty bad.
The "undesirability" of Tim Tebow (IMHO) stems from the pros
insisting that he NOT use his natural throwing motion. Watching
Tim's college highlights there are plenty of times where Tim gets
his pass off in NFL-timed release. Why would he rush-throw when
he did not have to. It is very hard to watch those highlights and
see Tim as an NFL debacle that the "Pro-priests" have insisted on.
Let Tim be Tim = water under the bridge ??

Kaepernick is an athlete and a very good one. With a little seasoning he could be the Niners starter next year. I'm still not impressed with Alex Smith. Too bad Tebow didn't land with the Niners. They were made for him.
Hey Oakland, how's that Carson Palmer trade working out?
Not so good huh? Palmer is a traditional passer but he's not a winner and he's not a good athlete. Tebow could have changed the culture in Oakland. Look at what Russell Wilson is doing in Seattle. He is under 6 feet tall. But he makes plays. So do Griffin, Rodgers, Newton, Ponder, Vick, Romo, Freeman and others. Excellent athletes are slowly but surely invading the traditional NFL QB realm and I like it. Tebow like the others is an excellent athlete and he makes plays at QB. What I don't like that Tebow has done is continue to add weight and muscle mass to his upper body. That is not good for a passer. Tim should lose some upper body muscle if he wants to be an NFL QB in the future. less upper body mass would make a better throwing motion and eelivery for Tebow.

Tim will be a "gimmick" for the Jets for probably another year. It's unfortunate, but I don't ever see them playing him full time unless Sanchez was hurt. Even then, I'm not sure.
