yeah, we survived vs a very crappy Mizzou team. Yay for us. A one legged cat has a more potent offense than we do.

Yes we did, but mostly due to luck. I don't like to count on luck tends to run out especially when you need it most.

Poor punting at times today, bad FG play, and a Defense that gave up way too much time and yards.

I am happier than with a loss, but not by very much.
I am a "Vulcan" and try hard to keep things logical and without emotion. However as a "Vulcan" I have a highly emotional reaction mode for special occasions.

Actually, I am not pessimistic. Alabama didn't show much offense, but they came back to score the winning touchdown when they needed to. Our defense played LSU better than Alabama's. We almost came back against Georgia. No one expected 2012 to be the National Championship year. Another year of experience; another year of great recruits and we will be ready in 2013.

Luck? Baloney. Luck is where preparation meets opportunity. WM said early on, this is who they are. This game they win the turnover battle and cut down penalties, they win.

If anyone offered any of us an 8-1 start, soon to be 10-1 start, at the beginning of the season EVERYONE would have taken that.

Am i aggravated with a third straight year of shaky offense, yes, but I'm thrilled with the won-loss record.
