Florida’s Sept. 9 home opener vs. Northern Colorado at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is set for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff and SEC Network will televise the contest to a national audience.

For the first time in school history, all fans are encouraged to sport white attire to ensure a “White Out” for UF’s clash with the Bears.

Gainesville Sun

I don't usually like gimmicky things like a "white out."

Hopefully it turns out well.

Meh

I'm not too cray about it either but against an opponent like this does it really matter?

I think maybe half of fans will wear white. I'll probably forget haha

On illegal hits against Danny Wuerffel: "He's like a New Testament person. He gets slapped up side the face, and turns the other cheek and says, 'Lord, forgive them for they know not what they're doing.' I'm probably more of an Old Testament guy. You spear our guy in the earhole, we think we're supposed to spear you in the earhole. That's kind of where we're a little different." - SOS

First time in school history?

Didn't we do a "white-out skin cancer" thing against Hawaii when Urban was here?

Lol, he might be right. I thought it had happened too but couldn't remember. Have we done a black-out??

Screw it, just stick with orange-out or blue-out.

Florida Gators Head Football Coach Urban Meyer is encouraging Gator fans to trade their orange and blue for white as "Gators White Out Cancer" at the Aug. 30 home football game against University of Hawaii.

Looks cool when Penn State does it. I hate to compare UF with Penn State.

We made a mistake with the extension, this guy deserves to be gone before more damage is done, but we just can't afford it, so hold on to your hats and try to be positive.

We have no use for a white out or a black out. One color is Ut's the other is Uga's. Gross.
