The No. 2 Florida softball team stayed sharp Wednesday for this weekend's SEC games by routing North Dakota State 13-0 at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.

Aleshia Ocasio (4-0) and Katie Chronister (2 save) combined on a five-inning three hitter. They combined to strike out four and walked four. The Bison fell to 10-15

Maybe we are a softball school?

Our softball team has come out firing on all cylinders this season.  The pitching is getting stronger with every game.  A 13-0 score shows that we have the offense and fielding to back it up.  USCe will provide an excellent benchmark to see how far our program can go this season.

Our baseball team kinda got their butts handed to them by Auburn - and speaking of BUTTS - but we shelacked South Carolina in softball.

Those Lady Gators are on fire!

Ladies seem to be building momentum.  There's a great balance on this team in all aspects of the game.

The guys are still figuring some things out. Games like this keep you humble and working to improve.  Beyond a few stalwarts, our bullpen is young and untested.  We'll need to gain a lot of experience early in the season to gain some reliable depth.
