Finished the game 0-6 and missed some easy throws, with poor decisions. Good job by the rest of the team but ugly drive when we needed something, not even a first down.

Harris choked.

I honestly think we win this with Grier in at QB. Harris HAS to be a better passer and decision maker.

Thanks to our defense he got to get back on the field and take a sack and throw a 0 yard pass to wipe out 40 seconds alone. Smh.

He'll get another crack at them in Atlanta.

I think our coaches could have given Treon some easier throws, too. Still no one in the Gatirnation expected us to be 6-1 after 7 games and we still have everything in front of us. No one on the schedule scares me. Maybe we get a rematch with these guys in Atlanta. Treon will get better once they can break down the film.

He's a terrible decision maker. On the field and off. We win this game with Grier.

Maybe Grier can get back by the SEC Championship game.

Coaches and Treon have 2 weeks to study film and work on some things. If he can just take what he'll be taught to the game then he'll be fine.

Hopefully he won't go to film session stoned. Oh yeah, it's Treon Harris we're talking about. Nevermind.

We did not lose this game because of Treon Harris. Did we see tonight why Mac chose Grier? Yes. But, if you were told before the game that with Harris at QB we would finish with 28 points you would have been thrilled. This one is on the defense. They were terrible in the first half. That TD right before halftime was the difference in the game. We dont give that up, and we are driving for a game winning score at the end, not trying to tie.

Did Treon play great at the end? No. This loss is not on him though.

Did Calloway drop a TD that would have made it 35-35?? Treo did not play  great. Has  anyone here seen Florida play at a tougher place and team than LSU this Year?

C'mon Man!  Treon's first game back against arguably the best team in the nation and you expect him to hit all of the throws etc.  He needs time just like we gave Grier.  Will Grier let his team down at the most important time of the season - he should be cut.  Troon will get comfortable as he gets time to play.

Sorry folks. If any of y'all thoughtTreon was better than Grier... you are sadly mistaken.

Treon only led the offense on two significant touchdown drives. The fumble set us up with a short field and the punt return tied it. He showed tonight that he's not accurate, he's too quick to scramble and doesn't stay in the pocket. He doesn't go through progressions.

He's a very, very average quarterback. Without a strong running game to support him, he can't lead the offense with his arm. The facts are the facts.

Some folks gotta point fingers.........You hit the nail on the head.  We were still in the game on the last play.  The D gave up two fantastic plays by LSU and one other for at TD before the half.  The QB that could not pass lit us up.  It was a team loss just like we had 6 team wins.  But gonna be some T H haters showing their stupidity..........

Yep. Said it perfectly. Also, even though Calloway dropped one, he's gonna be a star. Only a freshman... I can't wait to watch him the next couple of years. And yeah, that TD right before half was the killer.

I've said it here tonight in other threads, but LSU seems to get every break when they play us. All good things go their way. Especially in Baton Rouge.

We'll beat them in Atlanta.... (if LSU gets there that is).  :shifty:

Grier would have been sacked 10 times tonight. Who knows like Urban's last year we lost on a fake FG. Had we been down 3 after the pass  to Robinson we would have played for the FG to tie and maybe won.

The LSU  DB got his hand on that ball and knocked it out. Calloway didn't drop it.
